• MADERA: es la energía que crece y facilita el desarrollo (de la vida, de los proyectos, …), por ello su nombre evoca al mundo vegetal, al crecimiento de plantas, flores, árboles.  Durante la primavera, la energía de Madera expresa su máximo potencial, y en el ciclo del día está presente por la mañana. Sus direcciones cardinales son el Este (por donde nace el día) y el Sureste (sol de la mañana).

• Sus COLORES son los verdes, azules (exceptuando el azul oscuro) y violáceos.
• El hígado es el hogar del Espíritu o Chi en la medicina oriental. Vesícula biliar. Ojos. Músculos y tendones. Piel, uñas y pelo. Espalda superior.

The Witch-Hare……

It is said that witches turned themselves into hares. Apparently the hare was the most common disguise of witches in Europe. It is believed by some that hares sitting in rings, known as a “hares’ parliament”, are a symbol of the witches circle.

In the black furrow of a field
I saw an old witch-hare this night;
And she cocked a lissome ear,
And she eyed the moon so bright,
And she nibbled of the green;
And I whispered “Wh-s-st! witch-hare,”
Away like a ghostie o’er the field
She fled, and left the moonlight there.
