Today’s full moon at 11 degrees Virgo opposes the Sun in
Pisces. Full Moons always highlight opposing signs so this moon highlights the
struggle between unity and separateness, the spiritual and the mundane, the
ideal and reality, our dreams versus what is realistic and practical and whatever
all of these things mean to YOU in your life.
The Sabian Symbols involved in today’s lunation are
“Children molded in their parents’ aspirations” for the moon at 11 Virgo, and
“The path to enlightenment” for the sun at 11 Pisces. Are you so busy doing
what’s expected of you that you have let your dreams and spirituality fall by
the wayside? We have a wonderful opportunity right now to manifest those dreams
into reality with the moon trine Saturn in Capricorn.
Grab a nice chunk of Pyrite (pictured above), known for it's
manifestation and empowerment properties and meditate on those things - skills,
resources, or the like - that you have gathered throughout your experience that
you can use to move you closer to your best life, to bringing your dreams into
reality. Take time at this auspicious full moon to get quiet, determine what is
really important to you in life, and make a plan for what things you can let go
of in order to make space for and chase your dreams!
